Is there a Guarantee?
There is. The program works if you do. And water fasting is simple – don’t put food in your mouth. As long as you don’t do that for 10 days, you will lose weight. And as long as you do the Inner Child Work on the cravings and emotional impulses to eat, and honor your agreements re: the portion control and mindful eating practices of Intermittent Fasting, you will keep the weight off even when you return to solid food.
Nadia is so sure of this, she will work with you until your fasting, yoga, meditation, and Inner Child Work practice is working sustainably for you – however long it takes, even after the course finishes. As long as you are continuing to show up and do the inner work while remaining coachable and keeping your word – she will not give up on you.
