Nadia offers an exchange economy for personal trainers, professional cleaners, fellow wellness practitioners, healers and educators.

Financial Hardship
If your family income is less than $37,000 per year, Nadia offers payment plans and one pro-bono session per week to those ready and willing to do the deep inner work, but just needing some time to gather the funds or a hand-up in these challenging times. Seniors Discount offered if required.
