Saturday 28 September 2024

2 pm – 4 pm

Have you been feeling sluggish or scattered during these winter months?

Or weighed down by the stress and toxins that build up from our modern lifestyles?

Then join senior yoga teacher, life coach, and embodied practitioner Nadia Nauss for Yin For Spring: A 2-hr Yin Yoga Immersion to gain clarity on what in your life needs some Spring Cleaning – whether that’s physically, mentally, emotionally, or energetically.

Set yourself up for a sensational Spring season by joining us for this experiential journey that will leave you with a greater sense of vitality, health, and light-heartedness.

Learn how to leverage the ancient wisdom traditions of Taoist philosophy and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to activate and unblock energy flow through the meridian lines for Spring (Liver and Gall Bladder).

At the same time, experience the power of the modern embodied practices of Yin Yoga and Myofascial Release to improve mobility by releasing muscular tension and re-hydrating the stuck and stagnant fascial tissues of our bodies.

Enjoy the freedom that comes from being focused and intentional about the transition out of winter and letting go of what is outdated, toxic, or no longer aligned to the highest vision for your life.

Empower yourself with the clarity of vision for the new beginnings you wish to welcome in the next 3 months.

We’ll finish our journey together with a live music savasana as Nadia offers an acoustic serenade for your restorative integration.

You’ll walk away from this workshop with more than just a spring in your step – you’ll feel vibrant and freed up to enjoy more laughter, ease and flow in your daily life!!

✨ An enlivening and empowering practice ✨
